Managing users and permissions

Owners, directors, assistant directors, employees, and reviewers.

Team shows everyone with access. Owners manage billing and everything else; directors manage staff, requirements, documents, and reports; assistant directors help with day-to-day record work; employees see only their own records; read-only reviewers see only reports shared with them.

Invitations are sent by email and expire after 7 days. Only owners can grant the owner role.
