What CenterReady is
CenterReady is a staff-record management platform for childcare programs. Our customers (childcare organizations) use it to organize employee credentials, training records, and related documents. The organization you work for — not CenterReady — decides what information about you is stored.
Information we collect
Account information (name, email, password hash), organization information (center name, license number, address), staff records entered by your organization (names, job roles, employment dates, credential dates, training records), documents uploaded by you or your organization, and usage logs (IP address, browser type, actions taken) used for security and support.
We deliberately do not collect: Social Security numbers, complete criminal-history records, or any records about children or families.
How we use information
To provide the service, send transactional email (invitations, reminders, review outcomes), process subscription payments through Paddle, maintain security and audit trails, and provide support. We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer records for advertising.
Service providers
We use Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Paddle (payments, as merchant of record), and an email delivery provider. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
Retention and deletion
Records are retained while an organization's account is active. When an owner requests account deletion, records are scheduled for deletion after a grace period (default 30 days) and then permanently removed. Organizations can export their data at any time from Settings → Data.
Your choices
Employees can view the records their organization keeps about them in CenterReady by signing in. Questions about your employer's records should go to your employer; questions about CenterReady itself can go to privacy@centerready.app.
