The service
CenterReady provides software for organizing childcare staff records, monitoring expiration dates, sending reminders, and generating documentation reports. Subscriptions are billed by Paddle, our merchant of record, on the plan you select, monthly or annually, and can be canceled anytime from the billing portal.

CenterReady is a record-keeping and reminder tool. It does not provide legal advice, does not determine whether your program complies with any law or licensing standard, and does not guarantee any inspection outcome. Suggested requirement templates are configuration starting points only. Your organization is solely responsible for confirming the requirements applicable to its license, location, services, and employees with the relevant licensing authority.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of records you enter, for having the right to store the documents you upload, for safeguarding your account credentials, and for granting access only to people who should have it. You must not upload malicious files, attempt to access other organizations' data, or misuse the service.
Trials, upgrades, and cancellation
Trials last 14 days and require no payment method. When a trial or subscription ends, your data becomes read-only and remains exportable; we do not delete it because you stopped paying. Plan limits (staff counts, locations, features) are enforced when adding new records; existing records are never removed by a downgrade.
Termination and data
Account owners may request deletion at any time from Settings → Data. Deletion is scheduled after a grace period and is then permanent. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create security risk, with notice where practical.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CenterReady's total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. CenterReady is not liable for licensing outcomes, inspection results, or regulatory penalties.
